• Be courteous and show respect to everyone
• Be prepared for each class
• Listen and follow directions the first time
• Raise your hand to speak and stay in your seat
• Use supplies, equipment, and the school building appropriately

• 8:15-9:00a - Opening Procedures
• 9:00-10:40a - Reading/Spelling
• 10:45-11:15a - Social Studies
• 11:20-11:55 - Lunch
• 12:00 - 12:15 - Teacher Read Aloud - AR Trades
• 12:15-1:15p - Math
• 1:15-1:30 - Recess
• 1:30-2:10 - Writing
• 2:10-2:40 - Specials/Art
• 2:42 - Dismissal

**Monday (Late Start)

• 9:15-9:30a - Opening Procedures
• 9:30-11:15 Literacy Block
• 11:20-11:55 - Lunch
• (Remaining schedule is the same as above)

SPECIALS SCHEDULE

• MONDAY - Computers
• TUESDAY - Library
• WEDNESDAY - Music
• THURSDAY - P.E. - Remember PE SHOES!
• ** AR Books can be exchanged ANY day of the week, after an AR Test is completed.

HOMEWORK POLICIES

• Homework folders are passed out each Monday
• Homework folders should be returned each Friday with all completed work and signed by parent/guardian
• 15 minutes of reading is required each evening, a reading log is included in the homework folder
• Any additional homework during the week will be stamped "HOMEWORK" and should be returned the next day
• Please study weekly spelling words each evening

TESTING

• If a test is not passed, the test will be stamped "SIGN & RETURN". There will also be a re-test date indicated on the test. If the test comes back on the re-test date, signed, your child will have the opportunity to re-take the test to increase their grade.
